Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate Machine Learning Researcher to join our dynamic team remotely. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in an advanced AI/ML/blockchain project. While no prior industry experience in blockchain or AI/ML is required, a strong academic background and a keen interest in these areas are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Research and Development:

• Conduct research in machine learning methodologies relevant to Tenzro’s platform.
• Explore and prototype novel algorithms for decentralized AI training, inference, and optimization.

Model Development

• Design, implement, and evaluate machine learning models to enhance platform functionalities.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate models into the Tenzro ecosystem.

Data Analysis

• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and inform model development.
• Analyze data integrity and quality for training robust AI models.

Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and blockchain experts, to integrate machine learning solutions.
• Contribute to whitepapers, technical documentation, and presentations.

Continuous Learning

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and blockchain technologies.
• Participate in academic and industry conferences as needed.

Qualifications

• Educational Background:
• Ongoing Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with data analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic research experience in machine learning, AI, or related fields.
• Publications in peer-reviewed journals or conferences.
