Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Locum Tenens

• Dates: Feb 10-May 1 w/option to extend
• Schedule: M-Thurs 7a-5:30p
• Setting: Onsite Employee Health
• Scope: Ages 2 & up, primary care/acute care, 5-10 ppd
• EMR: Epic
• Required: CO license, BLS, DEA, 3 yrs experience, phlebotomoy experience preferred
