Are you committed to patient centered, quality work and seeking a like-minded team to work with? Greater Regional is looking for a full time RN for our OB Department, providing direct care for labor and delivery! Nurse will float to Med Surg when OB is not busy.
Key Responsibilities
- Anticipate, identify and respond to needs of patient and family
- Assess, plan and implement nursing care while ensuring patient comfort
- Provide patient care at admission and discharge
- Ability to practice using nursing standards, ethical principles and appropriate professional judgment
Must have current Iowa RN license. This position pays a competitive base wage based on experience and comes with our benefits including health insurance, disability insurance, PTO, IPERS, and more!
Licensure preferred: NRP, STABLE, BLS, Basic and Advanced Fetal Monitoring
We are now offering a Clinical Recruiting Bonus of $25,000 dollars for new employees with labor and delivery experience! Rehires are not eligible for this bonus. This bonus will be paid out over four years. You will remain eligible for payments after hire so long as there is no drop below full-time in employment status.
Eligibility for this sign on prefers 2 years of labor and delivery experience.
