Title Company Post-Closer

If you are in the title and settlement business, you know that having a solid Post-Closing department is what keeps the engine running. Closings must be followed by mistake-free fundings and recordings or clients will find somewhere else to do business. We highly value post-closing (and other) talent.

Eastern Title & Settlement is looking for an experienced post-closer to work out of our Rockville, MD (20852) or Baltimore, MD (21202) office immediately. The right candidate will know and understand fully the post-closing process in Maryland, DC and Virginia (at a minimum — we cover 15+ states) and require no training whatsoever to start immediately post-closing packages, disbursing files through Qualia, preparing recordings for both walk-thru and e-recording (SimpliFile), generating policies, and generally troubleshooting post-closing matters. There is considerable opportunity for advancement in this position.

We work 9-530 weekdays, excluding all banking holidays which are PTO.

Title producer license(s) required.

Salary and benefits will be based upon the candidate’s needs and experience, hence the range for the initial salary. We are willing to compensate the right candidate more than the range advertised.
