Your role
Are you a communicative person who would like to help us to enhance our client experience?

We’re looking for a Client Manager to:

  • assist client daily requests in an agile and efficient manner
  • control the repapering process and all documents required for an account operation
  • coordinate demands between key stakeholders to provide ensure the quality of client experience
  • make sure clients are managed in a manner that contributes to an effective risk culture on the team

Your team
You’ll be working in the Client Management team in Brazil. As a client manager you’ll play an important role in building and maintaining precious relationships with clients located in Brazil. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.

Your expertise

  • CPA-20
  • CFP (desirable)
  • fluency English desirable
  • proactive
  • resilient team player and truly service oriented
  • organized with great planning skills and efficient time management
