Job Description
As a part of the Enterprise Technology Services team, this role will be responsible for providing excellent customer focused service – encompassing Travel and Expense desk management, Supply Chain Management solutions and procurement management solutions
He /she will provide a highly effective, proactive, and responsive support service to internal customers, ensuring that the travel and expense services operate seamlessly on the newly enabled platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel and Expense
- Lead and operate the travel and expense services for the organization.
- Provide solution and process leadership for travel and expense by leading requirement gathering, solutioning, architecture, design, build, deployment, and support.
- Provide leadership to service delivery (support) teams to ensure business continuity and optimum utilization of the travel and expense solution.
- Lead business engagement for all related work in travel and expense including HR, Finance and Admin. Be the first point of contact for new projects, enhancements, and support escalations.
- Ensures industry best practices are followed in managing operations.
- Work with close collaboration with the cross functional teams including suppliers, development teams, infrastructure teams, Network support, 3rd party system providers etc
- Establish world class standards in documentation, best practices for solution maintenance, support model and project execution.
- Supply Chain Management
- Manage business engagement for supply chain-based business processes.
- Be the go-to person in the organization for supply chain management systems and business processes.
- Advise leadership on best practices and technology solutions for supply chain management.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for procurement, supply chain, ground equipment management and Airport operations teams.
- Work with vendor partners, solution providers, cross functional teams etc to deliver world class services in this area.
- Support the business teams in organizational change management, test management, key user training, documentation of standard operating procedures.
- Support leadership decision making by providing key information with respect to service levels and support activities (e.g. dashboards, RAG status, SLA’s, KPI’s. risks/issues) as well as for project execution activities (e.g. Delivery dates, SDLC compliance, Defect ratios etc.)
Requirements
- 14 years of experience with supply chain processes and technology solutions.
- Should have excellent understanding of Business Processes relating to Procure to Pay (P2P), Warehouse management, ground equipment management etc.
- Should have worked on 3-4 technology implementations with large organizations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Operations, or related discipline.
- Proven ability to understand business needs, build strategic partnerships, and document and implement software solutions.
- Candidate must be aware of SCM Best practices.
- Experience managing relationships with 3rd party vendors and teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability of learning new skills, technologies, and passionate about building world class solutions and solving the most complex problems.
