Della Luxury Products is looking for a well-presented and professional Front Office Executive to manage our reception area, provide excellent customer service, and handle administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors with a positive attitude.
  • Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and handle inquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate and arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees and guests.
  • Maintain office supplies, including stationery and pantry items, and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Handle courier services, incoming and outgoing mail, and other administrative tasks.
  • Manage the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, conference room bookings, and other office coordination tasks.
  • Support the HR and Admin teams with documentation, record-keeping, and event coordination.

  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Personality: Well-groomed, polite, and professional demeanor.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Minimum Qualification

Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields).
