Job Description

General Responsibilities

  • Support all internal and external inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain digital and electronic records
  • Serve as a point of contact with administrators
  • Maintain calendar for administrators
  • Schedule meetings and maintain agendas
  • Produce and submit reports
  • Perform a variety of clerical tasks related to the processing of records
  • Data entry skills
  • Maintain records and filing systems.
  • Assists in preparing various reports.
  • Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documentation
  • Answer phones and distribute interoffice mail.
  • Coordinates and processes general administrative work

General Work schedule is – 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

Requirements

  • Construction experience preferred.
  • Great communication skills with management
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Highly familiar with computer-based programming such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Great phone skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Data Entry experience
  • Ability to work with general office equipment.
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Willingness to learn new programs.
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • 2+ experience in an administrative position preferred.
