Job Description
General Responsibilities
- Support all internal and external inquiries or requests.
- Maintain digital and electronic records
- Serve as a point of contact with administrators
- Maintain calendar for administrators
- Schedule meetings and maintain agendas
- Produce and submit reports
- Perform a variety of clerical tasks related to the processing of records
- Data entry skills
- Maintain records and filing systems.
- Assists in preparing various reports.
- Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documentation
- Answer phones and distribute interoffice mail.
- Coordinates and processes general administrative work
General Work schedule is – 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Requirements
- Construction experience preferred.
- Great communication skills with management
- Bilingual preferred
- Highly familiar with computer-based programming such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Great phone skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Data Entry experience
- Ability to work with general office equipment.
- Strong problem solving skills
- Willingness to learn new programs.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- 2+ experience in an administrative position preferred.
