Job Description

As a Live Chat Support representative at Symphony Solution Inc, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform. You will assist clients with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Your role is crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
