Remote Social Media Manager

Location: Remote (plus point if Dubai based and content creator)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM (Dubai Time)

About Us:Kingsmen Agency is a marketing agency specializing in e-commerce, fashion and hospitality. We are looking for a Social Media Manager / Account Manager to manage client accounts, oversee social media strategies, and ensure a strong online presence for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring high-quality content and engagement
• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each client’s brand
• Schedule and post content across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize strategies
• Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments, and build community engagement
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all content
• Keep up with social media trends and best practices
• Provide regular reports and insights to clients and internal teams

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Account Manager, or similar role
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and brand-aligned content
• Experience with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique content strategies
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently
• Strong background in e-commerce is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Photoshop
• Familiarity with Dubai’s F&B and nightlife industries
