Position Summary

This Data Analyst position will work with WebFocus and Focus they will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from sources to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role requires experience in WebFocus, service existing Focus datasets, WebFocus existing reports and the ability to map data flows and datasets. Experience in Power BI, AWS, GCP or Azure is a plus. This position is dedicated to Oklahoma Human Services (DHS).

Job Details

  • Full-time 40-hour work weeks.
  • Support the Information Services Division.
  • This is an on-site position located in Oklahoma City, OK.
  • Salary is up to $75,000.00 based on education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Extract, clean, and analyze data from web analytics platforms such as WebFocus, Focus, DateStage.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate web performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports detailing insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure reports are user-friendly and tailored to meet the needs of technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Share best practices and emerging techniques to enhance web and data strategies.
  • Managing and maintaining system configurations, data source connections, and report distributions.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This position works in a comfortable office setting with a computer for a large percentage of the workday. The noise level in the work environment is usually mild. Occasional travel may be required.

Minimum Qualifications

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field and 2 years of experience in data analysis with a focus on web analytics.

Preference Will Be Given To Candidates Who Possess

  • Hands-on experience with tools like WebFocus, Focus, Admin side of these tools.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong skills in SQL, or other data query languages.
  • Familiarity with WebFocus, Focus, Analytics platforms and reporting tools.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear and concise manner.
