We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Customer Due Diligence (CDD Analyst)

Principal Responsibilities

  • Managing requests assigned in a timely and accurate manner, contributing towards positive client experience of the end-to-end remediation process.
  • Taking ownership of KYC Review related problems as they arise working closely with all Customer Due Diligence (CDD) functions to ensure bottlenecks are resolved in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Proactively develop understanding of the business and product area thus creating a knowledge base with in Customer Due Diligence (CDD).
  • Work closely with all Customer Due Diligence (CDD)functions to develop and vet new business requests in an efficient and timely manner, thereby enhancing performance, quality, and accuracy and reducing TAT.
  • Working closely with the Assistant Managers and Quality Checking Analysts providing support and coverage as appropriate
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • An active participant during crisis management and process team meetings and Provide support and guidance to your peer group in order to meet Customer Due Diligence (CDD) objectives
  • Own the profile management of requests assigned.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or with equivalent industry/functional experience.
  • Prior Experience in working on Retail Banking and wealth Management (RBWM) line of Business.
  • Computer literate and ability to work on basic applications like MS Excel, MS Word and Lotus Notes.
  • Excellent Communication skills in English – written and verbal.
  • Ability to be flexible and willing to change along with changes in corporate and department objectives in addition to recommending changes to assist in meeting these objectives.
  • Ability to balance quality and quantity (volumes) with primary focus on quality.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving and changing priorities. Procedures change frequently; selected candidates are expected to implement the changes immediately with minimal training.
  • Is self-motivated, pragmatic – sense of urgency is a must.
