? Executive Assistant – Operations Management
Join our US-based international coaching firm specializing in executive coaching training. In this high-impact role, you’ll work directly with the VP of Operations to optimize internal processes, drive efficiency, and support senior executives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. ?
? Key Responsibilities
- Manage HubSpot CRM (proficiency required).
- Oversee email marketing and communications to ensure effective client engagement.
- Generate and analyze reports (contracts, payments, KPIs).
- Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable, including contractor management.
- Track budgets and monitor expenses for cost-saving opportunities.
? Qualications & Skills
- HubSpot Experience: Procient level in HubSpot is a must!
- Advanced (C1-C2) level in English with impeccable communication skills.
- Experience: 2+ years in operations management or a similar senior role.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: A natural problem solver with a continuous improvement
- mindset.
- Ideally, the candidate should have proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Asana, Airtable, PandaDoc, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced), including data analysis, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
