Head of Customer Success – Retail Brands

Job Description

Purpose Of The Role

  • You will lead & coach our customer-facing colleagues, heading up our customer relationships across multiple brands & retailers.
  • Deliver excellent relationships with clients, clear communication to the field & delivery of KPIs.
  • Drive profitable growth of existing business & the development of new opportunities, specifically across Retail clients and brands.
  • Delivering the overall strategy for retail clients, with clear objectives on what the team will set out to achieve & how this will be delivered will be key to the success of this role.
  • You will lead the Dee Set accounts team to ensure we are representing the Company as the UK’s leading provider of end-to-end retail solutions.
  • Ensure overall accountability for the account P&L, managing both sales & margins on both existing & new business.
  • Identify growth & development opportunities for Dee Set services across retailers (new & existing business), plus specifically the development of new business within our Distributor Services offer.
  • Responsible for managing, coaching and development of direct reports.

Key Areas & Responsibilities Of The Role

  • You will need to be a strong leader who is able to effectively motivate & lead a team to exceed customer expectations & targets.
  • Be skilled in identifying new opportunities to improve current processes, to deliver a service that is more efficient & cost effective for both Dee Set & the customer.
  • Be commercially astute in setting business plans & targets, aligned to the overall strategy of the Group.
  • Coach & develop direct reports to deliver persuasive and compelling business propositions.
  • To build an annual budget to present to the Board & monitor performance on-going vs budget.
  • Monitor, maintain and continually look to improve sales, profit & percentage margin.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement to support and drive field team efficiencies.
  • Able to use data to make business and retail client decisions.
  • Influence at a senior level within retailers & customers alike.
  • Manage effectively across Dee Set internal departments, working collaboratively with key stakeholders.

  • High level of customer facing experience.
