Role
Reporting to Regional Retail Director Asia Pacific, she/he plays a key role in initiating, launching, implementing and monitoring projects aiming at driving business performance, data analysis & management and retail operations, ensuring the consistency of the Maison’s standards of excellence across APA. Being the voice of markets in escalating local needs/specificities to HQ and Regional counterparts and the voice of HQ and Regional regarding the launch and management of projects across APA markets, with below 3 focuses:
- Department Leadership – Lead and develop the team, animate the Retail Performance & Operations community in markets and ensure close partnership and smooth collaboration across markets, regions and HQ. Develop yearly and long-term strategy in APA, aligned with HQ and APA Retail teams’ direction.
- Retail Performance – Analyze local reports, investigate and challenge Markets, and support Regional Retail Director define action plans and identify best practices. Contribute to HQ and Retail projects escalating local needs (voice of markets) and be accountable for coordinating the implementation within markets (voice of HQ), liaising with other departments as regional lead. Collect & share feedbacks from markets and provide reporting. Facilitate implementation of action plan to drive performance in Region, fostering analytical mindset and KPIs driven approach.
- Retail Operations – Adapt roadmap to regional priorities and raise new needs. Lead region specific initiatives and ways of working – using and setting-up appropriate tools. Animate the community with transparent and frequent communication. Develop and upskill the competency of each market. Oversee regional project deployments planning. Master and monitor retail digital solutions / tools adoption. Coordinate and consolidate market feedback to HQ. Support markets in change management (mindset and behavior of market Retail Ops). Ensure Group policies and Maison commercial policies are complied with consistency. Liaise with regional Group functions on boutique audits.
