Looking for rockstar business development folks to lead Advisories partnerships business and PE (Big4, BCG, M&A advisories and selected Private Equities) for CAST software in EMEA.

Role Description – Senior Vice President:

This is a full-time, on-site business development and Sales Leader role located in Europe preferably in Paris or London. This strategic role has significant CxO visibility in CAST. Attractive package, base + variable + bonuses, plus highly rewarding equity.

You will be in charge of:

Selling to and through our existing partners (Management consulting firm such as BCG and selected PE firms), around their transaction services (M&A), digital transformation and ESG offerings, as well as all relevant CxO/Board level strategic initiatives.

Engaging with new advisories partners and developing new mutually fruitful business relationships.

Engaging with all European PE firms for building relationships around tech due diligence and post-acquisition value creation

Qualifications:

  • Type A personality. i.e. “making things happen” skills and ability.
  • Selling Software /SaaS/ Technology Solutions, B2B consultative selling
  • Experience working at our partnering/selling Tier 1 Management consulting firms, Big4, specialized advisories, Private Equity Firms.
  • Expertise in strategic IT initiatives, C Level, pre/post M&A due diligence and value creation.
  • Understanding of Cloud modernization, application modernization.
  • Understanding of the EMEA market, well established network.
  • Strong communication, consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships at senior partners/consultants and C level to grow business rapidly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering and MBA from top schools.
  • 15+ years of high impact experience.
