Job Description
Minimum Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale of 4.0).
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in leading and facilitating Agile projects.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in using Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and practices.
- Remove impediments and roadblocks to ensure smooth project progress.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Promote continuous improvement and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
