JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Oversee daily transactions, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger.
  • Monthly and annually financial statement preparation and review.
  • Prepare Local Statutory and Regulatory Reports in detail and reporting template form.
  • Annual financial audit preparation and participation.
  • Establishing accounting procedures and policies in accordance with the Indonesian Financial Accounting Standard.
  • Review daily payment voucher entries.
  • Perform “actual vs forecast” for the purposes of monthly accrual booking required by the FP&A team on a Monthly basis.
  • Run expense allocation (to allocate expense per insurance product code).
  • Review the accuracy & completeness of any required closing entries or monthly entries.
  • Prepare and control the monthly accrual balance.
  • Supervise & review local statutory reporting such as OJK, BI, & AAUI Report.
  • Prepare, manage and submit Quarterly Regional Report or AdHoc.
  • Support regional statutory reporting related to IFRS 16 (PSAK 116 – Lease).
  • Prepare and/or Review Balance Sheet Reconciliation.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting with GPA Min 3.00
  • Having minimum 2 years experience in Accounting/Auditing as Senior Associate or Supervisor
  • Having the working experience in the Accounting Firms will be added value
  • Previous combined experience in Auditing firm & Corporate practices with complex financial business processes are also an added value
  • Knowledge in IFRS 17 (PSAK 74/117) will be an added value
  • Have strong analytical skill, computer literate, fast learner, and can work independently or as a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships
  • Multitasking and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
