We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual who will act as the centralized contact to collate and manage qualift and pricing claims to help our team deliver phenomenal Claims Processing and Support to all our internal Trading branches via our online portals, email and over the telephone.

, Requirements,

Minimum NQF Level 4 – 5 Grade 12+ / Higher certificate

Minimum 3 Years Buying, Or Sales Experience Is Essential

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a steel industry environment

Intermediate knowledge of SAP

Basic knowledge of IQ (Express)

Basic knowledge of MS Word

Basic knowledge of MS Powerpoint

Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel

Intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook

Strong analytical skills and attention to details

Adaptability and speed of reaction to weekly issues

Strong communication skills in English (fluent written and oral)
