An exciting junior marketing role in one of the GOJEK core products, which are the pioneer of online ride-hailing in Indonesia is awaiting for you. As our Marketing Executive for GoRide, you will manage the brand and communication strategy for GoRide for Indonesia.
GoRide is one of the backbone businesses of Gojek which serve the purpose of having efficient and affordable daily mobility. Handling GoRide Marketing means that you will work within both strategy and execution area, manage multi-channels, and connect with wider divisions.
What You Will Do
- Understand brief, synthesize insights, and translate them into communication campaign plans
- Execute branding and promo related campaigns along with monitoring, evaluation, and reporting
- Proactively involved in creative development, media strategy development, also executions
- Collaborate across functions & streams such as; product, corporate affairs, digital, social media, business team within GoRide stakeholders
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience1+ years of experience working as a brand marketing or communication field in FMCG, technology, telecommunication, or start-up
- Excellent written & verbal communication abilities at the business level with strong presentation skills in order to represent the Marketing team in functional meetings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) work environment
- Familiarity and basic skill in creative visual work (e.g photoshop, etc)
- Basic comprehension for both online related (social media, digital ads, CRM) and offline (event, OOH media, etc)
