Job Description
Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Flexible time during client’s business hours from 10 AM to 7 PM, CT.
An Executive Assistant is a professional responsible for managing an executive executive’s calendar, handling administrative tasks, coordinating travel arrangements, managing correspondence, and providing overall support to ensure the executive can focus on high-level decision-making, all while maintaining confidentiality and exercising strong communication skills; essentially acting as a trusted right-hand person to the executive.
Calendar Management
Key responsibilities of an Executive Assistant may include:
Proactively managing and coordinating a complex executive schedule, including appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
Communication Management
Answering phone calls, screening visitors, managing email correspondence, and drafting professional communications on behalf of the executive.
Travel Arrangements
Booking flights, hotels, and transportation for business travel, managing itineraries, and preparing necessary documents.
Meeting Coordination
Setting up meeting agendas, preparing materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Document Management
Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files, preparing presentations, and handling confidential documents.
Expense Reporting
Tracking and submitting expense reports.
Project Support
Assisting with project management tasks as needed, including research, data compilation, and report preparation.
Requirements
