Who are we hiring?

The Coordinator of Digital Content will support the entire Live digital content team by producing and publishing content for all MSGE’s owned and operated social channels. Duties will include community management, social media monitoring, copywriting, content creation, publishing, live content coverage, and miscellaneous admin work. The ideal candidate will be extremely inventive when it comes to content ideation and creation, have a willingness to jump into any and all projects, and will eagerly acclimate to the fast-moving environment of a 24/7 entertainment company.

What will you do?

  • Support day-to-day content management (post development, copywriting, scheduling, and posting) while maintaining overall editorial and brand integrity across channels, including Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Ideate and create social content that helps sell tickets and/or promote engagement and follower growth
  • Engage with Live’s online community of followers, keeping a finger on the pulse of the organization’s social ecosystem
  • Monitor online chatter and flag issues to appropriate stakeholders when necessary
  • Attend live events across venues for social content coverage in real time
  • Source user-generated content and assist with approvals
  • Help tag our content in Sprout and work with analytics to analyze metrics/data
  • Ideate and develop social plans that fulfill deliverables of partnership agreements
  • Research competitors, industry trends and emerging technologies

What do you need to succeed?

  • 2+ years of producing social content for mobile platforms with a preferred emphasis on live music and entertainment
  • Experience succeeding in a fast-paced, dynamic organization while working with stakeholders across multiple departments
  • Commitment to collaboration, critical thinking and excellent visual and written communication skills
  • Avid consumer of social media content and trends among Gen Z and others
  • Detail-oriented with a track record of managing multiple projects at once and delivering on time.
  • Proficient in social media platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X), social analytics platforms (i.e. Sprout, Meltwater), Adobe Creative Suite, and Project management tools (i.e. AirTable)

Special Requirements

  • Travel between venues. Limited travel otherwise.

Pay Range

$45,000—$70,000 USD
