• Work collaboratively with physicians, healthcare providers, and administrative personnel to facilitate seamless patient experiences.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives that contribute to the clinic’s overall success.
• Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for new nursing staff.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Required Skills

• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Current BLS certification.
• Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
• Active New York State RN license.
• A minimum of five years of nursing experience, with at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
