Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen customer relationships by developing robust frameworks to ensure high-quality interactions.
- Identify and implement strategies aimed at achieving a 10% growth in existing accounts and exploring adjacent market opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align efforts with our organizational goals.
- Construct stakeholder maps to ascertain client needs and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Lead initiatives to deepen client relations while exploring and identifying new business opportunities.
- Mentor and guide program directors, instilling a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
- Establish clear performance metrics and actively monitor progress towards growth objectives.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience managing large P&L accounts, especially within the GovTech sector, with a focus on accounts exceeding $200 million.
- A minimum of 15 years in a relevant leadership capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, TechnoMile, and Mattermost to enhance team collaboration and workflow efficiency.
- Active Top Secret security clearance is mandatory.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in leadership roles, particularly managing large P&Ls.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
- Salary Range: \(250,000 – \)275,000, commensurate with experience.
