Senior FP&A Manager – up to 75k

One of the best performing life Insurer in Hong Kong or even Global is looking for a Senior Manager for their regional FP&A and expenses functions. This is a high performing team with great collaboration and excellent team work.

The Role

Job Duties

• Handle financial planning and analysis strategies for the regional office.
• Manage and optimize expenses to ensure efficient and effective allocation of resources.
• Partner with the key stakeholders to identify the spending trend and patterns, potential savings or accrual needed and area of potential expenses
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports, analysis and expenses forecast and insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models to support business planning and budgeting processes.
• Manage the project expenses and work closely with Project Management Office to drive project accountability

Your Profile

Required Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance or accounting or other related majors
• Candidate with FP&A or Expenses experiences within Insurance sector
• Qualified accountant (such as CPA or ACCA) is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skill and analytical abilities
• Good team player, organized and attentive to details
• Good presentation skill and able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Big 4 candidate with insurance client is welcomed to apply
