What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Guide and coach the Scrum team on Agile practices to deliver high-quality value to the business
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are positive and productive
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and Business Owners on product backlog management
• Remove impediments and barriers to ensure team success
• Provide regular communication to stakeholders on Sprint progress

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3-5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role supporting a development team
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
• Experience with JIRA or similar Agile management tools
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and coaching skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience or knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Familiarity with web development and dashboards/reports
• Experience with MS SQL Server or relational databases
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
