Job Role – Sales Audit Associate

Language Fluency – (Kannada + English) or (Telugu + English) or (Hindi + English)

Experience – Minimum 1 year in Inside Sales Auditing/ Training

Budget – 4-5 LPA.

Responsibilities-

• Design effective frameworks to rate sales/ pitch performance with respect to both qualitative and quantitative factors
• Own continuous feedback mechanisms for impactful Bottom Quartile Management
• Roll out PKT- Process Knowledge Test calendar to improve the baseline competency of the sales team
• Design training programs that holistically aim to improve pitch quality and hence conversions
• Own info portal- FAQs, Objection handling, consultative selling best practices and expand adherence to sales best practices

Requirements-

• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Comfortable with rotational shifts and timings
• Immediate joiner is preferred

Timings-

9 hours shift | 6 days working
