About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Recruitment Specialist to lead our human resources and talent acquisition efforts across two agencies. This individual will be responsible for building strong teams, streamlining HR processes, and ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for all roles across the agencies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, candidate profiles, and success metrics.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting jobs, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for new hires.
- Develop and maintain training materials and orientation programs to enable new employees to succeed quickly.
- Facilitate smooth offboarding for departing team members, conducting exit interviews and gathering insights.
Employee Relations & HR Management
- Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, fostering a culture of trust and open communication.
- Support employees and managers in addressing HR concerns, including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Design and implement policies to ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Organizational Development & Culture
- Lead initiatives to foster employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Organize team-building activities, training sessions, and well-being programs.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment and HR processes.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment and HR activities.
- Prepare HR reports and analyses to inform leadership and guide decision-making.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven work experience (Minimum 2 years) as an HR Specialist, Recruiter, or a related role.
- Experience managing recruitment for multiple teams or departments is a plus.
Skills & Expertise:
- Degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Deep understanding of HR practices, recruitment strategies, and labor laws.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Management Software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport at all levels.
