Boutique firm specializing in construction, labor & employment and business law, are looking to add an experienced Associate to their growing team.
Ideal candidate will join an established team in assisting clients with a diverse range of employment and labor disputes. Help with revising and drafting employment policies and handbooks. Work on discrimination / harassment matters and wage and hour compliance and litigation, and appear before the California Department of Industrial Relations / Labor Commissioner, the NLRB, Federal OSHA, and Cal/OSHA.
Must have at least 5+ years of relevant Litigation experience and be licensed in CA.
