How You’ll Contribute
As an Entry-Level Bindery Operator, you’ll be an essential part of the final production stage, ensuring that printed materials are finished with precision and care. Your daily tasks will include:
? Operating bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, stitchers, and laminators to complete print jobs
? Trimming, folding, binding, and assembling printed materials according to customer specifications
? Setting up and adjusting machines for different job requirements to ensure high-quality results
? Performing quality control checks to inspect for accuracy, alignment, and finishing details
? Keeping a clean and organized workspace to maintain a smooth production flow
? Collaborating with the team to meet deadlines and ensure every order is produced with excellence

Requirements
Work Schedule & Requirements – Be Part of Something Real!
- Monday-Friday, 11:00 am-7:30 pm (early afternoon to evening shift)
- Full-time, stable schedule and work with opportunities for overtime
- To get you started faster, the paid introductory period is handled through a staffing agency before transitioning to direct employment. All training time is fully paid
Requirements
- No Prior Experience Needed – we provide paid training.
- Strong Attention to Detail – Ensure precision and quality
- Ability to Follow Procedures – Adhere to established workflows and safety guidelines
- Technical Competency or Foundational Skills – Comfortable working with machinery and production equipment
- On-Site Commitment – Remote work is unavailable
- Ability to Lift 50+ lbs and perform regular physical tasks
- Team-Oriented Mindset – Work collaboratively and communicate effectively
- Willingness to Learn & Adapt – Open to training on new tasks and processes
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Online Skills Assessment Required – Must be completed as part of the hiring process
