Pay Range: $25-$27 DOE

What You Will Do
- Responsible for medical records through preparation, compilation, analysis, maintenance and filing.
- Maintains a well-organized system of closed and open medical records so that records are available to interdisciplinary personnel as needed and other authorized activities.
- Assists the center in upholding the confidentiality of medical records and protecting the resident’s privacy rights
- Assigns ICD-9-CM codes to conditions upon admission, during the stay and at discharge
- Orders office equipment, forms, etc. as directed by Executive Director
- Assists nursing in general secretarial and clerical duties
- Any other tasks as assigned by the DNS
Must Have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a LTC setting PREFERRED
- Working knowledge of Medical Terminology REQUIRED
- Ability to speak, understand, read and write in English

As required by state and local law, Aurora Valley Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Aurora Valley Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
