Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite is preferred but not required. Additionally, we are looking for someone with an outgoing personality who can interact professionally with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members.
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and communications.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office Suite tools.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Track inventory for EMS Staff
- Assist with general office duties, including answering calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Support project coordination efforts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the EMS, healthcare, or defense industry is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of logistics or emergency medical support operations is beneficial but not required.
- Associate’s degree or higher in business administration or a related field preferred, but not required.
