Job Description
The Compensation Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and attract, retain, and motivate talent. The Compensation Analyst will conduct market research, analyze internal data, and collaborate with various departments to make recommendations for competitive and internally equitable compensation structures. The position is responsible for coordinating job descriptions, performing job evaluations, providing new hire salary calculations, etc. The Compensation Analyst acts as the primary coordinator of metrics and other statistical analysis for the HR department, including report generation, trending, and forecasting.
