Role: The Tribal Realty and Records Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing all realty operations for the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation. This includes executing land acquisitions (fee and trust), easements, rights-of-way (ROW), property management, and ensuring compliance with tribal, federal, and local real estate regulations. This role also includes responsibility for maintaining and securing all realty-related records, such as deeds, appraisals, surveys, easements, and trust applications. The specialist acts as a liaison between the Tribal Council, Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), and other necessary agencies, ensuring effective and timely execution of realty and records processes.

Minimum Requirements
Experience: 2 years of experience in real estate transactions, records management, tribal land management, or property acquisition.
Education: Associate degree in real estate, land management, or a related field, or completion of specialized training in real estate operations.
