Job Description
Provides Warehousing And Inventory Management Operations Support To The PM AAA By Performing The Following Tasks On a Daily Basis To Include, But Not Limited To
- Receive, inspect, store (e.g., bin, bulk and open storage), and stage material;
- Receive and verify delivered material or equipment against documentation/bill(s) of lading
- Inspect received material to verify NSN/part number, nomenclature, type, correct quantity and to ascertain compliance with contract, purchase agreement and stock catalogs
- Route material or equipment to prescribed storage locations
- Conduct data entry transactions to process receipts/issues;
- Maintain accountability of items in appropriate records and retrieve historical record data;
- Maintain automated or manual locator systems in order to conduct inventories, to include working with Government representatives or Vendors in the conduct and reconciliation of location surveys/physical inventories;
- Remove material from storage and prepare/pack it for shipment;
- Coordinate with Government inventory manager for items in need of replenishment in the warehouse area;
- Pull, stage, and return excess and/or obsolete material to Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC)/Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services (DLADS).
Education / Experience:
High school diploma or GED required. Four (4) years of progressive experience in warehousing/inventory operations. Experience as a Marine Corps MOS 3051, Inventory Management Specialist is strongly preferred.

- Product Data Reporting and Evaluation Program (PDREP)
- Global Combat Support System Marine Corps (GCSS-MC)
- Able to obtain a license to operate motor forklifts with up to 10,000 pounds lift capacity
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license
