Project Manager

Job Description: SAP Program Manager ¿ S/4HANA Transformation Key Responsibilities: ¿ Lead end to end SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, including Brownfield and Greenfield implementations. ¿ Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and risk management. ¿ Collaborate with executive sponsors and stakeholders to define program scope and objectives. ¿ Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units for seamless communication and execution. ¿ Oversee cross functional teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and third party vendors. ¿ Drive system integration, data migration, testing, and go live activities. ¿ Ensure change management processes are in place for smooth adoption of new systems. ¿ Identify and mitigate program risks while addressing issues proactively. ¿ Implement best practices in SAP program management and advocate for process improvements. ¿ Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong relationships with all parties involved. Qualifications: ¿ 10+ years in SAP program/project management, with 5+ years in SAP S/4HANA transformations. ¿ Proven expertise in Brownfield and Greenfield implementation methodologies. ¿ Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and integration. ¿ Excellent leadership and team management skills for cross functional and global teams. ¿ Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with senior executives and stakeholders. ¿ Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology and Agile project management approaches. ¿ Experience with cloud hosting environments, especially SAP RISE. ¿ SAP certifications Activate Methodology preferred. ¿ Knowledge of data migration strategies and industry specific SAP modules is a plus.
