Job Summary
“To support, test and install new infrastructure elements, prepare documentation and present progress reports to customers. Perform Level 1 jobs like availability monitoring, service desk, desktop support, first level incident resolution, application packaging/testing, etc. Support implementation/ migration/ consolidation of infrastructure as per project scope. Support and understand customer business and infrastructure associated with Business Services. Prepare for periodic reviews by supervisor. Participate and support Organization and unit level initiatives, internal and external audits.”
