Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and suitability for open roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases with accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools is a plus.
