Roles And Responsibilities

• Support lead teachers in daily classroom activities and maintain discipline and order.
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of lesson plans according to curriculum guidelines.
• Monitor and record students’ progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as needed.
• Facilitate small group and individualized instruction to address students’ specific learning needs.
• Conduct and manage classroom activities to ensure a stimulating and safe learning environment.
• Engage with students to build positive relationships and contribute to their personal development.
• Help organize school events and activities to foster a collaborative and inclusive school culture.
• Provide support in the integration of technology in teaching to enhance educational experiences.

Qualifications And Skills

• Graduation in any field with Montessori/ECCE/B.Ed compulsory
• Proven experience as a Pre-primary teacher for min. 2 years
• Expertise in lesson planning to assist teachers in delivering effective educational content
• Familiarity with Google Classroom for efficient online learning and assignments.
• Ability to provide special needs support to accommodate diverse learning requirements.
• Skill in using instructional technology tools to enhance teaching and foster student engagement.
