Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery and Operations Manager to oversee the successful delivery of IT products and services, manage team performance, and ensure smooth operational execution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Koramangala, Bangalore, requiring daily office presence during UK working hours (11AM to 9 PM IST) from Monday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Management1. Oversee end-to-end IT product and service delivery, ensuring adherence to UK project timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.2. Collaborate with UK-based clients and internal teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and KPIs.3. Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and address any challenges promptly.4. Drive Agile and other best practices in project management to ensure efficient delivery.

Operational Management1. Ensure IT systems, infrastructure, and processes are optimized for performance, security, and scalability.2. Monitor daily operations, enforce SLA compliance, and provide regular reports on operational metrics.3. Implement cost-saving measures and ensure operational efficiency.4. Manage vendor contracts and ensure high-quality delivery from third-party service providers.

Team Leadership1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, including developers, analysts, and support staff.2. Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and develop team capabilities.3. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment in the office during UK working hours.4. Allocate tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion and alignment with delivery goals.

Stakeholder Management1. Act as the key liaison between the India team and UK stakeholders.2. Provide regular project and operational updates to UK-based clients and senior management.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with organizational goals.

On-Site Responsibilities1. Be present in the Koramangala office daily to oversee operations and provide hands-on leadership.2. Maintain an open-door policy to address team concerns and ensure smooth collaboration.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Experience: Minimum 8 years in IT delivery and operations management. At least 3 years in a leadership role. Skills: Strong expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Technical proficiency in IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and software delivery. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with UK-based stakeholders. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.

Working Hours: Days: Monday to Saturday Timing: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST (aligned with UK work hours).
