Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports recruitment operations by scheduling interviews, and communicating with assigned recruiters, hiring managers, the HR Team and candidates. This role plays a key role in the candidate experience and is primarily responsible for supporting the HR team by managing various administrative tasks and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Post job requisitions via the Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite)
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interview panel members
- Utilize the company’s ATS (Jobvite) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information
- Coordinate interview logistics, such as booking interview rooms, video conferencing tools, and technical equipment
- Assist in conducting in-person, phone, and video interviews
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Respond promptly to candidate inquiries and provide updates on application status
- Identify areas for process improvement within the recruitment function
- Streamline administrative tasks and optimize recruitment workflows
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and other team members to ensure a seamless recruitment experience
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing recruitment-related materials
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, preferably in a Life Sciences organization
- Experience with high volume scheduling and interacting with all levels of the organization required
- Strong ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Attention to detail required
- Professional written and verbal communication skill required
- Ability to be onsite as needed required
- Experience with Jobvite, ADP, Outlook, MS Teams, Zoom, DocuSign, background check systems, and MS Excel strongly preferred
