The Women’s Rights Information Center is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our passionate team in advocating for women’s rights and providing essential support services to individuals navigating personal crises. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs and develop individualized case plans.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to clients throughout their service journey.
  • Facilitate access to essential services such as legal aid, housing, and counseling.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust case plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with community organizations to strengthen service referrals and partnerships.
  • Document all client interactions and maintain up-to-date case files in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance case management skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in case management or a related social services role.
  • Strong knowledge of resources available for women’s rights advocacy and support services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-directed.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and case management software.

Salary: $76,000-$93,000 per year
