Job Description
- Assist the Regional CEO in overseeing the capital budget for the region.
- Foster a relationship with the local AdventHealth University in order to grow the talent pool of AdventHealth.
- Direct, supervise and coordinate the activities of the leaders and functions that directly report to the regional CFO.

- Approaches work as an interconnected system. Ability to understand major objectives and break them down into meaningful action steps.
- Strong organizational abilities and the flexibility to adjust to changing conditions and the various details of the position.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office suite.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
- Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field
- 5 years in a senior financial management position
- Identification and commitment to mission, philosophy and goals of organization
- People skills including inspiring, influencing, motivating, communicating and conflict resolution
- Highly advanced financial skills
- Leadership skills including decision-making, team-building and organizing
- Good oral and written communication skills
Licensure, Certification Or Registration Preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
