Job Description
Seeking Licensed Mental Health Clinicians for onsite roles supporting federal wildland firefighters and dispatchers across Texas and nationwide.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide individual therapy for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.
- Offer crisis intervention and emergency support.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to optimize service delivery.
- Maintain secure client records per federal standards.
Requirements include independent licensure, 2 years post-licensure experience, and expertise in trauma-informed care. Full-time salary ranges from $60,000 to $85,000 annually.
