About The Role

In this role, you will be supporting the Aladdin HR Business Partner team, providing them with data and analytics on a regular basis enabling them to provide strategic HR partnership to our client groups and drive outstanding performance. You will also be joining a community of Junior HRBPs to share best practices and collaborate across businesses.

The ideal candidate has a passion for solving complex challenges, generates innovative approaches to problems, and gets excited about leveraging data and analytics to address talent priorities. You will also have an opportunity to work on key initiatives and projects in areas such as talent development, employee relations, culture, and diversity, in addition to supporting annual talent processes.

We’ll Expect You To

  • Establish routines and provide materials to help the team run as effectively as possible
  • Draft agendas, communications, and relevant meeting materials to ensure effective execution of internal HR and client-facing meetings
  • Identify and surface trends in qualitative and quantitative data to assist in decision-making, tie analyses back into business priorities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on tools, processes, policies and liaise across HR teams on projects – e.g. Talent Acquisition, Talent Management
  • Play a role in the design and execution of talent projects in support of our talent strategy and operational priorities
  • Work on high-impact engagement activities, with an emphasis on employee experience and DEI-related initiatives

Your Colleagues Will Depend On You To

  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of BlackRock HR annual talent processes
  • Help inform decision-making by using data to identify trends, determine the root causes of issues, and develop effective solutions.
  • Partner with HR functional teams such as Employee Relations, Compensation Talent Acquisition, etc. to execute on business priorities and identify solutions

You Need To Have

  • 3-4 years of HR Business Partner experience, ideally in a high-volume environment
  • A highly motivated, energizing attitude
  • Ability to use data analytics in generating insights and presenting findings back to the HR team, as well as tracking and disseminating data
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Workday is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$100,000.00 – USD$130,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model
