Job Description
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the delivery of Rewards Operations, managing Recruiting Operations for both experienced hires and campus recruitment coordination, supporting Talent Development Operations, and providing comprehensive HR Cross Platform/Employee Lifecycle support.
The Role

- Collaborate with and develop a deep understanding of internal HR teams, such as Payroll, Rewards, Recruiting, Talent Development, and HR Business Partners, to resolve manager and employee inquiries promptly and effectively
- Deliver outstanding customer service to internal clients, providing accurate information, sound advice, and problem-solving assistance
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the employee lifecycle and serve as a competent backup for other team members
- Proficient in utilizing technology systems and applications, including Workday and ServiceNow, to complete daily responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of processes, establish and follow proper controls to mitigate risk
- Continuously seek out process improvement and standardization opportunities to enhance the employee experience, identify areas for automation, and reduce risk
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- A bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is crucial
- Experience with Workday (or other Human Resource Information Systems) is highly desirable
- Experience with ServiceNow (or other enterprise case management systems) is highly desirable
- A broad understanding of HR concepts, processes, and their interdependencies
- Prior experience in the financial services and/or investment banking industry is advantageous

For Wilmington, DE Only the salary range for this position is USD$61,750.00 – USD$82,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
