The Role

The Product Designer will define and shape the user experience and interface design of our digital platforms and products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a lean, agile environment to drive innovation, deliver user-centred solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction.

How You Can Make a Difference

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders – including business users, marketing, compliance, and executives – to translate business requirements into intuitive, engaging designs.
• Conduct user research to understand market needs, user behaviour, and feedback, ensuring products achieve market fit.
• Create and present product design concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Deliver end-to-end designs, from wireframes and prototypes to high-fidelity visuals, ensuring usability and accessibility.
• Partner with engineers to implement designs and ensure technical feasibility.
• Stay current on industry trends and recommend tools, technologies, and best practices.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Ergonomics, UX Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing for enterprise software projects.

Skills And Competencies

• Demonstrated expertise across the full design lifecycle, including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, visual design, and usability testing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred designs and achieving objectives.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to synthesise qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable design improvements.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Outstanding communication skills to advocate for design solutions.
• Creative problem-solving ability and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Enthusiasm for dynamic, fast-paced environments, and a drive to exceed expectations.
