About us InsurX’s mission is to bring the $300bn complex commercial insurance industry into the 21st century.

We are a two-sided digital marketplace connecting insurers and brokers to trade complex risks – think ships, concerts, and cyber-attacks.

We’re a startup founded in 2021, looking for great people to join our team at an early stage and have an outsized impact on our business and industry.

We are on a steep growth trajectory, binding USD 20m premium in our first year of trading and targeting USD 100m traded in 2024. This is just the beginning.

We’re making a success of this by trading insurance in a new way: one that combines insurance expertise with outside talent. We want to work with people who are intellectually curious, who love to be challenged and who take the initiative to make things better.

InsurX is an equal opportunities employer. We are committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We prohibit discrimination and harassment of any kind based on race, color, sex, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, genetic information, pregnancy, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by law. We offer enhanced parental leave, work in a hybrid manner including in office and remote working, adjusted to each individual and have a number of ERGs including race and neurodiversity.

Unfortunately, at this stage we are unable to sponsor work permits or visas.
