Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of the organization’s IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and promoting innovation.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify technological requirements, evaluate alternatives, and make well-informed decisions on system enhancements.
• Oversee the deployment and upkeep of essential IT systems, including infrastructure, servers, networks, databases, and cloud technologies.
• Manage IT operations to guarantee that systems and processes are in line with organizational goals, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
• Supervise data processing operations to deliver reliable and high-quality information services to internal stakeholders.
• Partner with senior executives to formulate both short-term and long-term technology strategies that facilitate growth and enhance service delivery.
• Remain informed on industry advancements to ensure the organization stays competitive through the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence and analytics.
• Develop and implement robust strategies to protect the security and integrity of the organization’s IT systems, including comprehensive disaster recovery plans.

• Manage and oversee the IT department budget to ensure it aligns with the company’s strategic aims.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing IT operations, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven record of developing and executing IT strategies in alignment with business objectives.
• Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, information systems, and emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and industry best practices.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Successful history of implementing and managing complex IT projects.
• Prior experience with ERP system implementation is preferred.
