- Assist patients in comprehending their billing details, including outstanding balances and explanations of benefits.
- Recommend payment assistance options to facilitate management of outstanding balances.
- Deliver exceptional service by providing accurate and timely resolutions to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate parties as necessary.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a call center setting.
- Background in healthcare or the medical sector is advantageous.
- Previous billing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM and proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
